This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly awarded contract, leading a high-performing operational and commercial team.The RoleAs our Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a responsive repairs delivery model, managing both direct labour and a diverse supply chain. You’ll ensure contract performance, drive efficiencies, and maintain excellent client relationships. Procurement and negotiation of subcontractor packages will also form a major part of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a responsive repairs contract across East London and the Home CountiesOversee direct labour teams and supply chain partnersEnsure strong commercial and operational performanceLead procurement and negotiate work packagesDrive efficiencies and continuous improvementInterrogate data to support performance and reportingMaintain excellent client engagement and service deliveryEnsure best practice in Health & SafetyAbout You5+ years’ experience working for a maintenance or main contractorProven leadership experience within repairs or maintenanceStrong data analysis/interrogation skillsCompetent with Microsoft Project & Excel trackersExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong Health & Safety awarenessFull UK driving licenceSMSTS qualification
