As an Adolescent Support Worker, you will manage a portfolio of cases, working directly with young people and their families in their homes. Providing a flexible crisis response service with safeguarding at its heart, you'll complete an initial assessment and develop strong skills in delivering intensive interventions.This is an exciting opportunity to have a role in combining direct practice and contribute to service and professional development.All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK.
