They work with a large variety of clients across FMCG and Tech industries, including Google, Tesco, Netflix and Primark. They are looking for a research manager to lead client projects and offer their expertise to use insights to offer credible solutions for their brands needs.THE ROLEYou will:Managing quant research projects end – endOwning client relationships and really being consultative with a lot of their clients, being involved in client servicing and leading that account to ensure they deliver qualityConducting analysisCreating narratives from the insights and relaying those back to clients to offer strategic recommendationsYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEYou will need to have:Must have strong experience in Quantitative Research, ideally within brandExcellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic – with clients and co-workers.Brand tracking and brand communications experienceIdeally full service research experience, Project Management as well as Insight.Outstanding communicator (written and verbally), with proven client management experienceSome experience having mentored or trained more junior members of a teamProven in developing and landing actionable insights for the clientsTHE BENEFITSSalary up to 48,000 + BenefitsPrivate health carePensionTHE INTERVIEW1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview2nd stage: Task stage + Presentation
