We are currently seeking a passionate Aseptic Manufacturing Assistant to join our Aseptic Services team, a key part of our operations, manufacturing life‑saving chemotherapy drugs.

Aseptic Manufacturing & Support
* Prepare materials, equipment, and cleanroom areas for aseptic production, following GMP and SOP requirements.
* Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and transfer of materials into controlled areas.
* Support compounding activities, including labelling, environmental monitoring, and material release.
* Assist with packaging, dispatch, and stock management using a Just‑in‑Time approach.
Quality Control & Compliance
* Carry out visual inspections, environmental monitoring, and in‑process quality checks.
* Accurately document all activities and report any deviations or non‑conformances.
* Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Teamwork & Cross‑Functional Support
* Participate in cross‑departmental projects and support other departments during peak workloads.
* Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality and Business Systems in conjunction with other departments.

* Ability to follow instructions: Workers must follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) meticulously without deviation.
* Commitment to hygiene and cleanliness: A strong personal commitment to cleanliness is critical, including strict adherence to handwashing, gowning and personal hygiene protocols.
* Resilience under pressure: Aseptic manufacturing can involve working under tight deadlines and regulations.
* Technical aptitude: Familiarity with machinery and aseptic processes is valuable for understanding and troubleshooting equipment.
