What You’ll Do:
1. Define migration scope, legacy data sources, and transformation rules.
2. Develop, own, and govern the end‑to‑end data migration strategy and execution plan.
3. Lead mock loads, reconciliation cycles, and data validation activities.
4. Partner with functional teams to define business rules, data ownership, and acceptance criteria.
5. Support testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
6. Maintain comprehensive migration documentation, audit logs, and compliance evidence.
7. Collaborate closely with cutover and testing teams to align timelines and dependencies.
8. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the uplift of data governance capability across the programme.
What We Are Looking For:
9. Extensive experience delivering SAP data migration within S/4HANA Greenfield programmes.
10. Strong understanding of legacy systems, data structures, and transformation logic.
11. Hands‑on experience with LSMW, BODS, LTMC, ETL tools, and SAP Data Services.
12. Knowledge of reconciliation methods, audit controls, and business validation processes.
13. Proven ability to manage cross‑functional dependencies and drive stakeholder alignment.

Desired Qualifications
17. Degree in Data Management, IT, Business, or related field.
18. SAP Data Migration certification preferred.
19. PMP or data governance credentials desirable.

21. Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on data integrity, quality, and risk mitigation.
