Interim Capital Accountant £450 to £550 p/day Interim, Full time North West (hybrid/remote working) Interim Capital requires joining a local authority in the North West for a 6- to 9-month interim assignment. As the Interim Capital Accountant you will support the Head of Finance to deliver on all Capital matters: Key responsibilities of the Interim Capital Accountant: Responsible for co-ordinating and accounting for the capital programme, Treasury Management and Technical Accounting support. Lead the authorities Capital Programme for the MTFS and also Capital closure of accounts and Statement of Accounts for 2025/2026. Oversee the implementation of the Fixed Asset system Essential experience of the Interim Capital Accountant: A CCAB qualification as well as a management qualification, with membership of a relevant accountancy body and evidence of CPD.
