We’re working with a respected commercial insurance broker based in Aylesbury who are seeking an Insurance Administrator to join their team. This is a key support role, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure clients get the right cover at the right time.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the commercial team with policy renewals, re-marketing, and documentation
Maintaining accurate records and managing data input into internal systems
Liaising with insurers to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing
Assisting with mid-term adjustments and administrative follow-ups
Providing exceptional customer service via phone and emailWhat we're looking for:
Some experience in insurance, financial services, or professional admin/customer service roles
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
