Your new role
As amercial Property Lawyer, you’ll provide expert legal advice on a broad range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences, development agreements, and regeneration projects. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transactions are legally robust,mercially viable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Draft, negotiate, and review property contracts, leases, and agreements.
2. Advise on landlord and tenant matters, property management issues, and statutorypliance.
3. Support regeneration and development projects, includingplexmercial arrangements.
4. Manage risk and ensure adherence to legislation and council policies.
5. Collaborate across departments and with external parties to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
6. E&W-qualified solicitor with strongmercial property experience (7+ years as a guideline).
7. Proven track record in property transactions and title matters.
8. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
9. Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
10. Strongmunication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Local authority experience is desirable but not essential.
