Job title : DT / Art Tecnician Type : FE Support Role Hours : Full-time A well-regarded Sixth Form in Darlington is seeking a full-time DT Technician to support their DT department ASAP You will assist in: General wood working skills - E.G operate Bandsaw / Chop saw / Power tools, making canvas for painting, production of screens for screen printing, exhibition contruction - e.g preparing work to exhibit. hanging work and ordering material. The successful applicant will hold: A practical-related qualification (Degree) - for example, DT, Engineering, Contruction etc (ideal) Previous experience in a school science setting (ideal) Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong awareness of health and safety procedures The right to work in the UK Join a collaborative team making a real difference to students’ education.
