We are currently seeking highly motivated and fluent Czech and/or Slovak speakers to join our excellent customer service team.

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to shine as a Multilingual Customer Service Representative!



Location: Daventry (Hybrid working)


Pay Rate: £14.52



Hours: 8 hours, between 7am and 7pm


Duration: 6 months - Ongoing contract

As an ambassador of the brand, you will be a role model for bringing their values to life and leading by example in everything you do.



What You'll Do:



1. Provide outstanding service to our Czech and/or Slovak speaking customers over the phone, email, and live chat. Handle their queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.

2. Assist customers with order queries, delivery updates, product information, and more, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

3. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, striving to turn any negative experience into a positive one.

4. Utilise our state-of-the-art systems and tools to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records.

5. Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to provide seamless customer support and satisfaction.




What We're Looking For:



6. Excellent written and spoken Czech and/or Slovak language skills

7. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

8. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour over the phone.

9. Basic IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and utilise Microsoft office.

10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy call centre environment.

11. Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

12. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
