Ops Support Engineer - £40K - Professional Services
Our client is one of the country’s leading professional services companies, based in the City of London with (2 days a week) hybrid working.
Within their growing Digital team they’re looking to hire a Support Engineer.
You’ll work across operational support, the Helpdesk and closely with the Platform team, supporting production services.
You’ll be key in the day-to-day operational health of the Digital team’s products and work will cover monitoring, incident management and resolution and end user support.
Requirements:
* Experience of operational support, helpdesk and / or platform, ideally
* supporting production software
* Experience of Jira, Slack and Freshdesk
* Knowledge of AuthO, Azure and Google Workspace
* Good understanding of web applications and Cloud
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
