About the role
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Appeals Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving Amazon account suspensions and policy violations for our clients. Your expertise will help ensure our clients’ accounts remain active and compliant, minimizing downtime and revenue loss.
Core responsibilities
* Analyze and interpret Amazon suspension notices and policy violations.
* Develop comprehensive Plans of Action (POAs) tailored to specific suspension reasons.
* Communicate with Amazon Seller Performance and other relevant departments to resolve account issues.
* Monitor client accounts for potential compliance issues and proactively address them.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policies and enforcement trends.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client accounts are optimized for compliance.
* Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the appeals process.
Preferred skills
* Minimum 3+ years of experience handling Amazon account suspensions and appeals.
* Proven track record of successful account reinstatements across various suspension types (e.g., inauthentic claims, intellectual property violations, review manipulation).
* Strong understanding of Amazon’s policies, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
* Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other EU languages (e.g., German, Spanish, or French) is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
Nice to have
* Experience with Amazon PPC and SEO strategies.
* Knowledge of Amazon’s global marketplaces and regional policy variations.
* Familiarity with e-commerce legal considerations and intellectual property rights.
