Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and qualified Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor covering occupied properties across South London.
Role Overview:
* Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
* Diagnose faults and complete works to a high standard
* Work independently across Lambeth, Southwark and nearby postcodes
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants
* Temp to perm opportunity with long-term stability
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent plumbing qualification
* Experience working within social housing (preferred)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
