Responsibilities
Join our team as an Apprenticeship Lead Employer Advisor and play a key role in connecting businesses with emerging talent. You will:
* Support employers, primarily in the construction sector, with expert guidance throughout the apprenticeship recruitment process.
* Help employers build a skilled and sustainable workforce and ensure a smooth start for apprentices.
* Provide high-quality service to both candidates and employers and collaborate with internal teams.
* Champion the benefits of apprenticeships, advise on funding and incentives, and help businesses upskill existing staff.
You will be confident representing the College to external organisations, with a flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to travel across the Southwest to attend events and support employer engagement.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification or above in a relevant business support field, and experience in a similar role (e.g., arranging placements for trainees, working with apprentices, or assessing learner outcomes).
* A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people is essential.
