What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
* Lead the configuration and implementation of software solutions in Police Forces nationally
* Gather and document customer requirements and collaborate with various teams
* Ensure smooth transitions for customers to new or updated systems
* Triage technical and functional issues and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure confidence in solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
* Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify solutions
* Articulate and positive communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in triaging and resolving technical and functional issues
* Proven ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders
* Customer-facing experience with a flexible and quality-focused approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
* Exposure to webserver technology including IIS
* Understanding of databases including SQL and/or Oracle
