We offer guaranteed hours and a variety of shifts to fit your schedule including full-time, part-time, nights only or weekends only. Our shifts are available at different times including early morning and evening. We also have winter pressure shifts available to provide extra support during the colder months.

Duties of a Hales Care Assistant
You will support and provide person-centred care to a range of individuals with different needs, allowing them to live independently in their homes.
* Provide companionship
* Assist with personal care tasks, e.g. toileting, dressing, showering and bathing
* Help with getting out of bed in the morning
* Support with light domestic tasks
* Meal preparation and cooking
* Support with medication, mobility, and other care needs
