Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perth for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Profit Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and supervising staff. Tasks include overseeing sales activities, maintaining product availability, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing safety standards. The role also involves training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
