ANZUK Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming primary schools across Gloucester and the surrounding areas. We are seeking creative, committed, and adaptable Primary Teachers to support Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 classes on both short-term supply and longer-term placements.
This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to build strong relationships with schools while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
The Role – Primary Teacher
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons while ensuring continuity of learning and positive classroom culture.
Responsibilities include:
* Teaching across KS1 and/or KS2 in line with the National Curriculum
* Creating a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Implementing effective, age-appropriate behaviour management strategies
* Adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
* Demonstrating clear communication and strong classroom management
Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS (or an equivalent UK-recognised teaching qualification)
* Have experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2
* Demonstrate confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
* Have the right to work in the UK
