This is a superb opportunity for a Qualified by Experience Accountant to step into a hands-on managerial position, combining technical delivery with team leadership. You will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, oversee workflow across the practice, and act as a key point of contact for both clients and junior staff. The Role This is a permanent opportunity within a close-knit practice environment, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and direct client interaction. You will manage jobs end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and standards are met, while supporting and developing junior team members.
