Key responsibilities:
✔ Be able to create and implement lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum for KS1.
✔Use formative and summative assessment strategies to track student development.
✔ Establish a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
✔Provide individual support to pupils with additional needs or learning difficulties.
✔Ensure the safeguarding of all pupils, in line with statutory and school guidelines.
