Job Description:
As a Senior Strategy Manager within bps Strategy & Sustainability team, you will lead the development and execution of technology strategies that drive transformation and innovation across bps businesses. This role requires a sound working knowledge of technology within the energy sector or related industries, and the ability to integrate critical thinking with technical insight.
You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholdersincluding VP, SVP and EVPsto ensure the golden thread of technology strategy is consistently woven through all investments and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities include steering complex, high-impact projects, enabling functional transformation, and supporting priority special projects.
