Aramco Trading Limited (ATL), incorporated in London in 2019, engages in energy trading, including procurement and sale of refined products, crude oil, chemicals, shipping, chartering, storage, and financial derivatives. The company is expanding into the gas sector, trading LPG and LNG.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support for the London team
* Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
* Process monthly payroll
* Administer employee benefits and pension compliance
* Support performance management, training, development, and compensation activities
* Maintain accurate HR records
* Lead reporting, dashboards, and HR analytics
* Assist in HR systems and process development
* Participate in ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
* Degree qualification
* Previous HR experience
* Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Discretion and diplomacy
This role is office-based with support for learning, development, and qualifications; full training will be provided.
