Responsibilities of a member of our Next Gen Engineering team include:
* Create innovative digital solutions: Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge digital applications tailored to address unique business challenges across industries.
* Technical leadership: Guide and collaborate with onshore and offshore developer teams during client projects to ensure successful outcomes.
As a .NET developer, you will:
* Design, develop, and implement digital applications to address business challenges across various industries.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective solutions.
* Develop traditional and serverless applications in an agile environment, integrating with data storage services, message buses, and architectural elements.
* Use modern deployment methods, such as containers and cloud services, supported by CI/CD pipelines and strong production observability.
* Ensure high-quality outcomes through robust documentation and comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and contract testing), considering security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
Required skills and experience include:
* At least 4 years of experience with .NET development.
* Experience with Cloud Native technologies on AWS.
* Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines and using automation tools.
* Experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) to support DevOps and Quality Engineering work.
* Knowledge of building datastore solutions with NoSQL tools such as Elasticsearch is beneficial but not essential.
Preferred qualities:
* A creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively in diverse teams.
* Proven experience in shaping and delivering work across small to medium-sized projects.
* Experience in Financial Services is preferred.
