Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: From £12.60
Working Pattern: Full Time
Location: Kingsmead, Bath (just a 13-minute walk from Bath Spa train station!)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Professional Client Engagement: Represent client with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone.
Mail Management: Receive, sort, and distribute both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
Document Handling: File and retrieve documents within our established filing system, ensuring everything is organised and accessible.
Courier Coordination: Manage the booking and receipt of courier items with precision.
Archive Processing: Process archive files and track signature movements using our onsite computer systems.
Additional Tasks: Assist with any other duties as required by the Operations Manager or Client.
