Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary: £95–£105 per day (PAYE – no umbrella faff!)

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading small group interventions and occasional whole-class cover
* Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (based on your strengths)
* Collaborating closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
* Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive classroom environment
* Supporting SEN pupils with care, confidence, and consistency

You’ll need:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience covering classes
* Confidence in managing a classroom independently
* A warm, proactive approach with bags of patience
* Good understanding of the primary curriculum and SEN support
