Business Development Manager
Salary up to £45,000 per annum DOE + plus marketing leading commission structure (Uncapped commission)

This is the ideal role for an experienced recruitment consultant looking to progress away from delivery. You will be a critical part of the business engaging with prospective clients to build new business opportunities for the business.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Identify and explore new partnership opportunities.
* Developing and maintaining new client relationships.
* Qualification on new requirements
* Maintaining relationships with our clients to systematically map out and generate new business within the IT contract and permanent recruitment market.
* Attending client meetings
Expectations:
* 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience or 2+ years in a similar role.
* Self-confidence & resilience is key.
* Desire to be successful.
