This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys managing client relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue through consultative conversations.
About the Role
As Account Manager, you will combine relationship management with proactive selling. Success comes from strong outbound engagement with clients, building rapport, and identifying commercial opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, supporting onboarding, and helping customers maximise the value of the company's services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of B2B clients across Ireland, the UK, and Europe
2. Conduct regular account reviews to understand client needs and identify growth opportunities
3. Deliver exceptional service to strengthen long-term client loyalty
4. Engage clients daily via outbound calls
5. Promote and sell the full suite of services
6. Upsell and cross-sell, handling objections confidently
7. Consistently achieve and exceed sales and retention targets
