NEOS Engineering is recruiting on behalf of a busy and well-established plant maintenance company based near Reading. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter to join their team, working on-site with clients across the region.
As a Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy plant machinery at customer sites. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on heavy plant machinery at customer sites
* Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
* Work in line with manufacturer guidelines and company procedures
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out and report any issues to management
* Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and reliability
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to coordinate work
* Promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement
