Our client is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join their Sales/Customer Liaison team. Product training will be provided and attitude towards customer satisfaction is the most important attribute. Working in an office-based role, the candidate must have the ability to advise, follow up and complete sales interactions with our customer base and identify opportunities for them along the way.
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver great customer service.
* Assist in the generation of accurate and competitive sales quotations to meet the customers requirements.
* Help to build close relations with customers and suppliers.
Skill requirements include:
* Knowledge of some products is an advantage but full training will be given to the right candidate.
* Previous sales/account management ideally with an clientbase.
* Excellent communication & organisational skills.
* Good IT skills are essential.
