Head of Facilities Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a membership organisation based in Victoria to source a Head of Facilities to oversee the management of their office on a temporary basis of 3 to 4 months. Duties: * NEBOSH or IOSH and a good knowledge of current H&S legislation * Lead and manage the facilities team of 5 people as well as contractors and liaise with other key stakeholders * Experience of strategic and operational planning * Experience of M&E maintenance e.g, lifts, boilers, plant, auto-doors * Experience of building project management through specification, tender, appointment and contractor management * Experience in identifying budgets and prioritising works * Experience required in risk management * Proven track record in managing a property portfolio * Experienced in fire safety Skills and abilities needed: * At least 3 years in a similar role * Strong written and verbal communication skills Salary Additional Information * Paying between £50,000 - £60,000 * 5 days a week on site If you are interested in this role please apply today!
