Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Sussex
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team!
Projects on average range between 1m - 10m and the sectors include: Leisure, Education, Healthcare and Commercial schemes.
Responsibilities
* Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
* Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
* Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
* Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
Skills & Experience
* Main contractor experience within the Construction space
* Experience of different contract forms
* Experience as a Senior Surveyor on projects ranging between 1m to 10m
* Experience in establishing, managing and leading a project team
