We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team in Castle Donington on a full‑time, mandatory rotating shift pattern. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in meeting daily goals.
Shift Pattern (Mandatory Weekly Rotation)
* Early Shift: Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00
* Late Shift: Monday-Friday, 14:00-22:00
* You must be able to work both shifts as part of the rotation.
Pay Rate: £14.66 per hour
Role Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing products accurately
* Working efficiently to meet daily targets
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Following all safety and quality procedures
