Location: London SE1 (near London Bridge)
Working pattern: Hybrid
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, depending on candidate experience.
The Role:
A high profile, London consultancy is expanding it's Project Management team and is looking for experienced a Project Manager to join a close-knit team of four, led by a senior Project Manager.
You will deliver high-quality projects across commercial, residential, and cultural sectors, managing schemes from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management delivery.
* Client-facing role managing private individuals and architects.
* Programme, cost, and risk management.
* Consultant and contractor coordination.
* Contract administration (JCT).
* Chairing meetings and driving project progress.
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Project Exposure:
* Commercial developments.
* High-end residential schemes.
* Arts and gallery projects.
* Office fit-outs (£10m – £40m).
About You:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or consultancy.
* Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts.
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
* Team player with high integrity and professionalism.
* Comfortable working on London-based projects only.
