Responsibilities and duties for the Night Registered Nurse role are:
* Develop friendly and respectful relationships with Residents.
* Enable residents to maintain their well-being by planning and ensuring the implementation of care according to their choices or best interests.
* Lead by example of excellent attitude and care practices.
* Manage the care of allocated Residents.
* Manage the performance of Carers during your allocated shifts
Requirements for the Night Registered Nurse role:
· Current registration with the NMC
Hours:
* 36 hours per week
PAY:
As an employee (Age 23 years +) you will earn
* From £22 per hour DOE
* 10% enhancement on weekends
* 50% extra pay on Bank Holidays
