As Commercial Administrator, you will provide essential support to our Sizewell C team, assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, supporting managers and the wider team, and helping us deliver on our mission in line with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
* Input data into our in-house Contract Data System
* Assist with the preparation of weekly timesheets
* Support the creation of regularly scheduled reports
* Create and manage key project documents
* Greet visitors and provide general office support
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
* Handle requests and queries from senior managers
* File important documentation accurately
* Provide support to other team members as needed
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organised in a dynamic environment
