We are looking for a reliable and experienced Plumbing & Sprinkler Installer to join our\nteam. The role involves the installation, testing and maintenance of plumbing and\nSprinkler systems across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.\nThe ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a solid understanding of relevant UK\nregulations, and a commitment to high standards of workmanship and safety.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Install domestic and commercial plumbing systems including hot and cold\nwater, drainage, and sanitary ware.\n• Installation, Maintenance & commissioning of fire sprinkler systems in\naccordance with BS EN 12845, BS 9251, and other relevant standards.\n• Conduct regular servicing and testing of fire sprinkler systems to ensure\ncompliance with regulations and operational effectiveness.\n• Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring systems remain fully operational and meet\nclient needs.\n• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.\n• Conduct pressure testing, flushing, and certification of installed systems.\n• Liaise with supervisors, contractors, and other trades to coordinate works\neffectively.\n• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures on-site, including risk\nassessments and method statements (RAMS).\n• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.\n• Troubleshoot and rectify faults during and after installation.\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent.\n• Proven experience in plumbing and sprinkler installations\n\n• 3 years experience installing & maintaining sprinkler systems\n• Valid CSCS card.\n• IPAF, PASMA, or other relevant access training (desirable).\n• Knowledge of UK plumbing regulations and fire protection standards.\n• Full UK driving licence (preferred).\n• Based in South Wales with willingness to travel as required\n\nSkills:\n• Strong practical and communication skills.\n• Ability to work from drawings and follow technical instructions.\n• Good communication and teamwork skills.\n• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\n• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
