Technical Engineering Graduate (Graduate Specialist Program)

At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland, we design, develop, and produce radial piston motors, working in partnership with renowned international OEMs in industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery.

What will you be doing?

o You will acquire an in-depth insight and understanding of the engineering of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics.
o You will work on specialist and project tasks with operational and strategic responsibilities in Mechanical-Hydraulic Design, Research & Development, Testing, Applications, Development tools (simulations, etc.), Digitalisation, and Product & Project Management.
o You will briefly take on responsibilities and get to know all facets of your field in engineering as well as in day-to-day business.
o You will benefit from the comprehensive support of an experienced mentor and experts from specialist departments, through regular feedback.
o You will build a comprehensive network within the company, benefiting in the long term.
o You can set individual priorities within the program to actively shape your future.
o You have the option of completing one of your training stations abroad.

What are we looking for?

o Master’s Degree in Technical Engineering or comparable, with strong fundamentals in mathematics and engineering principles.
o Experience in engineering through relevant industrial internships; knowledge of software-based development tools, preferably CREO; product knowledge, applications, and project management experience.
o Soft skills: detail-oriented, strong communication skills, team player, independent, confident, forward-thinking, analytical, conceptual, sincere, tolerant, mindful.
o Mobility: willingness to travel domestically and abroad for job rotation.
o Ambition to build a fulfilling career within the engineering industry.
o Software and IT skills: experience or knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
o Challenging internships or initial work experience in a technical environment.
o Excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, commitment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Legal right to work in the UK; please note we cannot sponsor international workers for this role.
