THG Beauty’s breadth of relationships is unique to the beauty market; it engages with brands as a retailer, a brand owner, and a product developer and manufacturer, making it the industry’s digital strategic leader.
Responsibilities
* As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll:
* Prepare and manage the affiliate marketing budget and measure ROI and KPIs across levels of investment, new customer acquisition and retention
* Establish clear new customer acquisition driving initiatives to exceed growth targets
* Understand individual publisher performance and use this information to drive actionable insights
* Maintain affiliate programs to the highest standard and share best practices with the wider team
* Drive new publisher recruitment that aligns with the channel strategy and KPIs
* Seek and deliver innovative ways to drive performance in the channel
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with publishers and strive to deliver growth and increased market share within budgets
* Request regular QBRs and insights and maximise return on investment
* Assess opportunities and risks in targets and build recovery plans with the wider team
* Provide forecasts on overall performance and on publisher/campaign levels
* Manage promotion planning across junior team members, ensuring it is secured in advance
* Support Head of Affiliates in driving best practices across the department for global teams
* Liaise and negotiate with publishers to drive cost efficiency across the channel
* Provide in-depth performance reporting and channel analysis to keep stakeholders informed
* Own channel projects and report progress and results to Head of Affiliates
Qualifications
* Strong KPI management, including monitoring of:
o Sales and Revenue targets
o Channel growth / target optimization
o Cost efficiency re-investment values
o New publisher onboarding
o Publisher click & revenue % active status
o COS targets
o New customer acquisition targets
o Brand target accuracy and performance vs target
o Best in class marketing activations with ROI improvements
o Delivery of Sales, Traffic, AOV and Conversion KPIs across territories
* Experience in managing relationships with external partners and agencies
* Strong negotiation skills to ensure cost efficiency for the channel
* Pro-active and positive leadership to coach and mentor the team
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in difficult situations
* Experience working with targets and data; skilled in Microsoft Office and reporting platforms
