Early Childhood Practitioner (Fixed Term until 16 August 2026) - PKC13113
£15,768 - £16,887 ( Hours per week, Term-time only)
Royal School of Dunkeld
As an Early Years Practitioner in our Nursery you will have responsibility for planning high quality play and learning opportunities for our young learners (3-5 years old).
You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing an engaging play and learning environment that meets the needs of our learners and provides opportunities for indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
Skills & Experience Required
We are looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing and innovative Early Childhood Practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children to play, learn and thrive.
The ability to work as an effective team member and to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents and families is essential .
A positive approach to ongoing professional learning and development is also required.
Previous Early Childhood Practitioner experience is desirable.
You should hold an appropriate qualification SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3 in Childcare and Education or SVQ 3 Social Services (Children and Young People), as well as have the eligibility to register with SSSC.
