QA Release Officer (Fixed-Term) – Siemens Healthineers
We invite you to apply for the QA Release Officer (Fixed-Term) position at Siemens Healthineers. This role ensures that products made available for sale comply with manufacturing and testing requirements, in‑process and release specifications. The contract is fixed‑term, ending September 2027, and is site‑based at our Llanberis facility.
Responsibilities
* Review manufacturing documentation to confirm that the product was manufactured in line with the DMR requirements, ensuring both customer and regulatory requirements are met.
* Coordinate with document owners to resolve issues or non‑compliances identified during the review process, ensuring they are resolved prior to release so that only compliant products are released.
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting and maintenance within the Documentum system.
* Conduct quality checks on Documentum change requests.
Qualifications
* Educated to an A‑level standard or equivalent vocational training, or have equivalent time‑served experience within a quality, scientific or engineering environment.
* Awareness of working in a GMP environment.
* Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to perform work in compliance with established procedures.
* Understanding of computer software including Word, Excel and Access.
* Excellent attention to detail.
