Location: Shell Centre, Waterloo, London SE1 7NA
Salary: Up to 50,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week (rotating early and late shifts)
Shift Pattern: Earlies: 06:00 - 15:00 | Lates: 13:00 - 22:00 | Plus on-call as per site rota

What You'll Do
Diagnose faults and carry out repair and testing across electrical, mechanical, and public health systems, plant, and equipment.
Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance to meet statutory and contractual obligations.
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance in every task.
Support the management of contractors, including inductions, safety walks, and documentation.
Oversee stock control, purchasing, and goods receipting to ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and statutory documentation to support compliance and audits.
What You Bring
A recognised qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
A minimum of five years' experience in a multi-disciplined M&E role within a large, complex commercial environment.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and public health systems.
Proven experience in a Building Services or Facilities Management engineering role.
