About the Role:
Are you confident in leading a classroom and maintaining order, even without formal teaching qualifications? Teaching Personnel is seeking multiple enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teachers (Cover Supervisors) to work in a thriving secondary school in Caerleon, Newport.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work, and managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s policy. You will not be required to plan lessons, but strong presence and behaviour management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver and oversee pre-prepared lesson material during teacher absence.
* Maintain a focused and safe classroom environment.
* Manage student behaviour according to school policies.
* Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
* Support the wider school team where required.
