Project Manager - Building Services / M&E Projects An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of project works across multiple customer sites. The role involves full end-to-end responsibility for projects up to £2m in value, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from initial brief, scoping and feasibility through to delivery, handover and defects closure. Develop clear Employers Requirements and project scopes in conjunction with clients, consultants, designers and specialist subcontractors. Produce and manage project programmes, identifying risks, mitigating delays and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations. Lead day-to-day operational delivery, ensuring work meets safety, quality and contractual standards. Maintain robust commercial control including tendering, cost management, valuations and financial reporting. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, supply chain partners and internal teams. Ensure all statutory, commercial and SHEQ requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' project management experience within M&E, FM, construction or critical environments. Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently to strict deadlines. Good understanding of construction H&S legislation and project management methodologies. Qualifications Recognised technical qualification in construction, M&E or related discipline (or equivalent experience). CDM awareness is essential. NEBOSH, IOSH/SMSTS or formal project management qualification desirable.
