We are seeking an exceptional Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team located at Queensmead House School in Windsor, UK. Responsibilities
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to provide therapeutic support in both educational and residential settings.
* Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualized interventions and engagement plans for young people.
* Work closely with school and home staff to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into everyday interactions.
* Provide expert consultation, run workshops, and deliver training for the educational and residential teams.
* Serve as a role model and leader, guiding teams to nurture clinically informed living and learning environments.
* Manage responsibilities efficiently, initiate improvements where necessary, and ensure positive outcomes for young people.
Qualifications
* Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
* Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Dynamic, engaging personality with strong organisational skills and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
