The Role
As a Talent Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping the careers of early-stage sales talent. From reviewing applications to guiding candidates through interviews and assessments, you’ll be a trusted recruiter and career partner.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Reviewing and qualifying applications from job boards and inbound channels.
* Conducting outbound calls to assess motivation, communication, and suitability.
* Managing candidate relationships through the recruitment process.
* Preparing candidates for interviews and assessment centres.
* Supporting and participating in assessment days and client interactions.
* Representing Furza at candidate marketing and attraction events.
