* Whether it's developing an Assistant Manager or guiding a new bartender, you help your team grow and thrive.
* Manage busy nights and tricky moments calmly, ensuring smooth, professional service even under pressure.
* Make sure the venue is compliant, efficient, and always ready to go.
* Manage stock, rotas, budgets, payroll, and P&L with confidence—keeping the business commercially strong.
* Lead by example when it comes to standards, ensuring the bar always looks great and delivers consistent quality.
* You bring energy and creativity—launching new events, improving service, and finding ways to increase sales.
* You work closely with the Brand and Support Centre teams to position your venue as a must-visit destination and a great place to work.
* Nous & Experience: as a General Manager in bar or hospitality environment
* Brand Champion: You understand what makes Revolution unique— from its culture and music to its energy and tone.
* Energetic Leader: You inspire your team, set high standards, and create a positive, motivated atmosphere.
* Strategic and Commercially Savvy: You know how to balance the numbers with the people side of the business.
