Associate Partner - Manufacturing

Their work covers all physical supply chains, including but not limited to Consumer Products, Industrials and Chemicals, Automotive and Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Retail. Role overview
The UK manufacturing practice is expanding. To support this growth, our client seeks to strengthen the team with an addition of an Associate Partner. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing staff on projects and their development, at a leadership level.
* Being a high performer at Director or Associate Partner level within a recognised management consultancy.
Focus
* Providing manufacturing subject matter expertise to develop the manufacturing go-to-market proposition and strategy.
* Refining the market engagement plan, supporting its execution, and proactively stimulating demand.
* Leading client engagements, maintaining client relationships at all levels (including C-suite), and being the primary contact for senior clients.
Experience
* Proven track record in leading projects with clients.
* Experience in sales and account development is highly desirable.
* Preferred sectors include life sciences, industrials, chemicals, and food and drink.
* Experience in consulting, either in a consulting firm or in-house, is essential for approaching challenges, structuring work, analysis, ownership of deliverables, driving client value, managing engagements, leading teams, and stakeholder engagement.
