About The Role
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will contribute to designing and developing web applications that support research publication management. You will work on both frontend and backend tasks, collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
* Draft clear technical documentation for features
* Develop, test, and maintain application components using modern web technologies
* Uphold code quality through reviews and inclusive standards
* Collaborate with teammates in Agile workflows
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Stay informed about evolving web technologies and best practices
* Deliver features including publication management, user authentication, and data visualization
* Maintain and optimize existing systems for security and performance
Requirements
* Experience with PHP and Laravel or similar frameworks
* Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and UI development
* Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and RESTful APIs
* Understanding of version control (Git) and development tools
* Awareness of testing practices (e.g., PHPUnit, Jest) and CI/CD workflows
* Ability to integrate third-party APIs and services

* Teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn
