The Connect to Work Team Manager will lead a regional team across Essex, Southend and Thurrock, supporting individuals with barriers to employment in finding and sustaining work. You will empower and motivate your team to exceed our contractual targets for individuals entering and remaining in employment, whilst delivering consistent and high-quality end-to-end employment support following the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). Playing a key role in developing exciting opportunities and pathways for the individuals we support, you will ensure all employment outcomes are person-centred and that individuals are matched based on skills and experience.
