Location: Uxbridge, London
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £13.50 per hour (PAYE)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a home that prioritises individualised care, therapeutic support, and a family-style environment for children and young people aged 11–17.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support to children in line with their placement plans
Support children to develop positive routines, participate in activities, and build life skills
Promote educational attainment, attend meetings, and assist with homework or learning-based activities
Ensure the home environment promotes well-being, fairness, and respect, free from bullying or prejudice
Work with children on managing trauma, emotions, and conflict, following therapeutic care plans
Promote dignity, respect, and consistency in every interaction
Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation✅ What We're Looking For:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience supporting vulnerable or troubled children
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Committed to safeguarding, emotional support, and providing structure and stability
